1. Dribbling Exercises

One-Handed Dribbling: This dribbling exercise can be done by dribbling the ball using one hand alternately. Focus on stable ball control and avoiding opponent pressure.

Zigzag Dribbling: This exercise is done by dribbling the ball through obstacles or poles arranged in a zigzag shape. This technique helps players practice dribbling the ball in more dynamic situations and when moving quickly.

Fast Dribbling: Do dribbles at high speed, changing hands quickly. This exercise is useful for training speed and accuracy in dribbling the ball on the field.

2. Passing Exercises
Passing is a technique for passing the ball to teammates, both close and long distances. Good passing will speed up the attack and create goal opportunities.

Close Range Passing: This drill involves two players passing the ball to each other at close range. Focus on precise and accurate delivery of the ball using an open hand or chest pass technique.

Long Range Passing: Long range passing exercises are done using the overhead pass technique. This drill is important for honing the ability to pass the ball to teammates who are far from the player's position.

Passing with a Jump Pass: This is an exercise to pass the ball using the loft technique. The ball must be thrown with good control so that it is not too high or low, and the player who receives the ball can immediately attack.

3. Shooting Drills
Shooting is the most important skill in handball because the goal is to score goals. Good shooting technique requires strength, accuracy, and good timing.

Jump Shot: Shooting drills from close range are done by jumping and releasing the shot when reaching the peak of the jump. This drill will improve the ability to shoot while moving.

Strong Hand Shooting: This drill involves a powerful shot made with the dominant hand. Players need to focus on arm strength and body coordination to get the ball into the goal accurately.

Running Shooting: This drill is essential for shooting the ball while running at high speed. It teaches players to stay steady and control the ball even when moving quickly.

Narrow Angle Shot: This drill teaches how to shoot the ball at a narrower angle, which often occurs when players are facing a goalkeeper who is guarding the goal tightly.

4. Defensive Drills
Good defense will reduce the chances of the opponent scoring. Defensive drills in handball involve techniques to block the opponent's player and take the ball from the opponent's hands.

Block Shot: This drill involves the defender trying to block the opponent's shot by jumping and closing the angle of the shot. This will improve quick reactions in facing the shot.

Interception (Intercepting the Ball): Interception drills aim to train the defender to predict the movement of the ball and take the ball from the opponent's pass.
